LOCATION: Scottsdale, Arizona - Scottsdale Municipal Airport Ramp PURPOSE: To determine the ambient air and glare shield temperatures of a parked aircraft with and without SUN-FOIL Sun Screens installed.

TEST PARAMETERS: A Piper Malibu remaining
stationary for a period of five consecutive days was used for the test. Recording thermometers were placed in the aircraft; one was placed on the glare shield, the other on the co-pilot's arm rest. Temperatures were read each day at 5:00 p.m. with the aircraft remaining sealed for a period of twenty-four hours. OUTSIDE.TEMP GLARESHIELD PANEL AIR INSIDE AIRCRAFT Day 1 NO SUN SCREENS 100F 188F 180F 140F Day 2 SUN-FOILS 102F 120F 114F 117F SUMMARY: TEST RESULTS SHOW SUN-FOIL SUN SCREENS EFFECTIVELY REDUCED COCKPIT GLARESHIELD HEAT BY 66 DEGREES F, AND AIR INSIDE THE AIRCRAFT BY 23 DEGREES F.</sub>
